Limited Warranty: Chiba Sports warrants to the first original retail purchaser that its products will be free from defects in construction and workmanship for 1-year from the date of purchase of the product.  Chiba Sports at its sole option may either repair or replace a defective product at no charge to the customer.

Customer obligations: To obtain warranty service, a customer must obatin a return authorization number from Chiba Sports customer service by completeing the warranty review request form available from us..  Once an RA# is issued the customer must return the product, shipping charges prepaid, along with the warranty request form including your name, address, telephone number, original dated purchase receipt, and the description of the problem to the Chiba Sports address provided.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover the product which has suffered through normal wear and tear, defects resulting from accidents, product misuse, product abuse, failure to follow product instructions, improper product maintenance, neglect, tampering with the product, product alterations, unauthorized product repairs, fire, flood, acts of god, and damage while in transit to Chiba Sports.  Further, this warranty expressly does not cover any general or consequential damages to person or property or property other than the product, including but not limited to, devices used in conjunction with the product.

Replacement Guarantee Program: If it is determined that the failure that you are claiming is not covered by our warranty program you may be eligible for our Replacement Guarantee program.  This program offers to customer that has product failure/damage within one year (with proof of purchase) that is not covered by our warranty you can receive a new replacement pair of gloves for a nominal fee plus shipping. 

Note: THIS IS THE SOLE AND COMPLETE WARRANTY FOR THE PRODUCT AND SETS FORTH THE EXCLUSIVE REMIDIES OF THE CUSTOMER.  THIS WARRANTY IS GIVEN IN LEIU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.  IN NO EVENT SHALL Chiba Sports BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE PRODUCT VALUE OR FOR ANY INCIDENTAL SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES TO PERSON OR PROPERTY ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE SUCH PRODUCT; TO THE FULL EXTENT THE APPLICABLE LAW MAY DISCLAIM SUCH DAMAGES.
