Return Policy
End users that have made purchases directly with Chiba Sports or from our online website, have 30-days from the date of their original Invoice to request a return authorization of goods request.  Returns of brand new unused items are only eligible for exchange.  Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges involved in these transactions.
Customers can request their return request be handled in several ways:
