Limited Warranty

This warranty is made by Chiba Glove Company and applies to its products only.

Limited Warranty Chiba warrants to the original purchaser that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for (1) One Year from the date of purchase.  Chiba shall at its sole option either repair or replace a defective product at no charge to the customer.

Customer Obligations: To obtain warranty service, a customer must obtain a Return Authorization number, return the product, shipping charges prepaid, along with his/her name, address, telephone number, original date purchase receipt, and a description of the problem to the Chiba address below.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover defects resulting from accidents, Product misuse, Product Abuse, failure to follow product instructions, improper Product maintenance, neglect, tampering with Product, Product alterations, unauthorized Product repairs, fire, floods, acts of god, and damage while in transit to Chiba.  Further, this warranty expressly does not cover any general or consequential damages to persons or property other than the product, including but not limited to, devices used in connection with the Product.
