PROTECT YOUR ATHLETES FROM HEAT STRESS & EXHAUSTION
Our PerformanceCOOLING” compression shirt, FROS-T
is for athletes who train in the HEAT long and hard, and who need that extra competitive advantage.
The Performance Cooling Shirts from FROS-T have incorporated our the Patent Pending Cooling Technology with a Cationic Polyester/Spandex Mesh Compression Shirt to create a product that will
MAXIMIZE STRENGTH, OPTIMIZE PERFORMANCE, INCREASE ENDURANCE, MINIMIZE DEHYDRATION &
DECREASES "CORE BODY" TEMPERATURE
What makes our FROS-T shirt different than other shirts in the industry?
A. First, there are no other shirts in the industry with our advanced technology of integrated polymer cooling materials that are lightweight (4.4oz) and engineered to provide an evaporative cooling effect to the athlete. Our utility patent protects our application of this technology.
B. As far as the base mesh compression fabric in the shirt alone, the difference between our shirt and any comparable premium shirt in the market is we use the Newest technology 4-way stretch; premium sports mesh with polyester and spandex combinations. Our shirts provide optimum mobility and stretch, and then we add our advanced technology cooling polymers to create the ultimate shirt.C. Our PVA cooling discs are made from water soluble and biodegradable material, the discs are extremely microporous, this hi-tech polymer material retains water while remaining dry to the touch.   The discs are wafer thin and lightweight.  There is NO uncomfortable or bulky material like used in the bandana or vest type cooling products.  There is no current product on the market comparable to our performance cooling apparel that can provide such a large cooling surface and technology that is lightweight and combats the serious threats posed by heat stress and exhaustion.
FROS-T PVA (Poly Vinyl Alcohol) COOLING TECHNOLOGY Material is the latest in polymer absorption/cooling science. When wet the capillary action of the micropores allow the PVA Material to become 10-20 degrees cooler than the existing air temperature which provides a cooling effect to the user that helps decrease Core Body Temperature to help manage heat stress on the body. We have developed a compression fit shirt and sports bra that utilize our advanced patent pending polymer cooling technology which helps regulate an athletes body temperature through an evaporative cooling process for up to 2-hours. Our PVA is made from a water soluble and biodegradable material, extremely microporous, these wafer thin hi-tech polymer cooling disc retain water while remaining dry to the touch.

This is a state-of-the-art synthetic material prized in high-tech fields for its hydrophilic (literally "water loving") properties, with an innovative design, creating an ultra-absorbent, drip-free process. When the PVA discs stop cooling, you would simply re-wet and it regenerates the cooling process again. (Between 30 to 120 min. depending on conditions)

General Characteristic of the PVA:

1. Possesses a three dimensional open cell structure

2. Hydrophilic
3. Anti-bacterial
4. Durable and long lasting
5. Highly resistant to chemicals
6. Anti-microbial fibers repels odor
7. Absorbs 8 times its weight in water

8. Wafer thin material & lightweight

What is the percentage of coverage of the PVA material on the shirt?
The PVA cooling discs are 2” each. Each shirt has 20 discs per shirt, or approximately 63 square inches of cooling coverage. On an adult large shirt, this represents approximately 44% coverage of the top halves of the shirt. Keep in mind; it is the combination of cooling coverage and the mesh breathe-ability that provides the optimum combination. Studies showed that too much PVA coverage did not allow enough air movement. Conversely, studies also showed that shirts without the PVA cooling technology or limited coverage do not cool. Therefore, FROS-T works to apply the optimum coverage from laboratory and field studies.
